[The inmate continued meandering around, frowning slightly as Tim apologized and blamed himself; it wasn't exactly the reply he was expecting. Although he wasn't fond of Tim's choice to leave, he didn't want the boy shouldering more burdens, so he offered all that he could truthfully give.] "I understand."

[When Tim spoke again, Sylar stopped and turned slowly to face his warden with one eyebrow risen in curiosity.] "What is it?"

[Tim wasn't sure he did, but he didn't say so. Instead, he rolled up his sleeve, and turned to smile at Sylar before reaching into the fish tank, flicking a hidden switch. The wall in front of him depressed, then slid to one side.] My 'cave.'

[Sylar watched Tim with raised eyebrows, a smirk spreading on his lips as the warden reached into the tank and then flipped the switch. The inmate could guess how significant this was and, almost immediately, he didn't mind that Tim had gone. Well-- he still minded, but it felt like the two of them against the Barge again.]
